To create an account, you may follow quick and simple steps below:

  • Click "Sign up" at the upper right side of our website.
  • Fill out the details and click "Submit".
  • Check your email and verify your account.

You may also sign up for an account using your Google or Facebook account.

To change your password, you may follow the steps below:

  • Go to our website, www.leflair.com
  • Click "Sign In" at the upper right side of our website.
  • Click on "Forget Password"

  • Check your email and verify your account. You get reset link on your registered email id.

You may change the recipient's name, billing address, shipping address and mobile number under “Account Setting”. But the registered email address is unchangeable.

You may delete or edit your default delivery address by:

  • Go to your account.
  • Click "Addresses."
  • Then click "Edit."

Kindly take note that account deletion will not proceed if you have an active order/purchase. We also cannot reactivate your account once it is deleted.

Every customer counts. We send newsletter of our promotions and sales to our beloved customers to keep them updated.

However, if you really decide to unsubscribe, you may click the Unsubscribe button on the bottom part of the latest newsletter you have received from us, or you may contact our Customer Support for assistance.

Orders & Payments

For faster transactions, we highly suggest logging in to your Leflair Account.

Here are the steps on How to purchase on our website:

  • Search for an item you want to purchase.
  • Choose from the items and click "Add to basket".
  • Review the items you want to check out on your basket and click "Check out".
  • Fill out / review the details of your order, then click "Next".
  • Select your preferred Payment Method and click "Submit Order".

After you have successfully placed your order, you will be receiving an Order Confirmation Email / SMS (Short Messaging Service) from us along with the details of your order. Your order will be auto-confirmed by our system.

Or

You can place order as an "Guest User" as well. No need to register.

  • Choose item and click "Add to Basket"
  • Proceed to Checkout

  • Select your preferred Payment Method and click "Submit Order"
  • After you have successfully placed your order, you will be receiving an Order Confirmation Email from us along with the details of your order.

NOTE: In case of Guest Users, you can’t track your order or in future you can’t get order history.

Once the order is cancelled, you will be receiving an email confirmation from us. Please take note that we cannot change the status of the order once it is cancelled.

Leflair supports the following payment methods:

  • Cash on delivery
  • Debit/Credit Card (Visa, Master, AMEX cards)

We are working on to add more payment channels so our customers may have more options.

After you have placed your order, you will be receiving an Order Confirmation Email from us along with the details of your order.

But in case you have not received any, kindly make sure you are using the email address that you used for Account Registration or check your spam messages.

Shipping & Delivery

Once your order is successfully placed, you shall receive your order within the following Timeframes:

  • Standard delivery - within 7 days working
  • Same day delivery (if available in your area)

There will be two attempts for the delivery of your item. If the second attempt fails, your order will be automatically returned to us.

The shipping fee is calculated based on the product weight and dimensions, the value of the order, the shipping address and the Delivery option selected. You will know the shipping fee upon check out of your order.

Same-day delivery is an option where your orders are going to be delivered within the day. This option is only applicable for items with the “Same day delivery” logo and limited to certain areas.

Upon check out, you may choose the same-day delivery on the shipment section. An additional shipping fee will be added to the total amount of your order.

Specific delivery time is not possible but, we can make arrangements for the delivery date. If you are not available to receive the delivery, you may authorize someone who can receive the order on your behalf.

Our courier will have two (2) attempts to deliver your order. In case it is still not successfully delivered, the order will be canceled.

You may still request change of address if the following conditions are met:

  • Item is not yet shipped.
  • New address is within or near the location of the old address.

You may contact our Customer Service for further assistance.

Once the order is shipped or provided to the courier for delivery, cancellation is not possible.

However, if your order is not yet shipped, you may still ask for a cancellation of your order and kindly take note of the following:

  • Once your order is successfully canceled, it cannot be re-done.
  • If you opted to re-order a canceled order, the prices might change depending on Leflair sales and promotion programs.

Returns and Refund Policy

We are accepting returns for refund or replacement. You may check our Returns & Refund Policy at . here

If the Refund Request Reason is due to Non-Receipt of your order, no documents are needed.

For filing a return due to Wrong, Defective or Damaged items, kindly prepare the following:

  • Clear photos of the packaging and the item received
  • Video of the malfunction of the item
  • Invoice of your order

Kindly keep the original packaging of the item and contact our Customer Service if you need return pick-up.

All returned items undergo a Quality Check based on the reason for return application. If the reason for the return is not valid, the refund/replacement request will be rejected.

You will receive your refund once your Refund Request is accepted and completed. The refund amount will be credited based on the payment method you used upon placing your order.

For Cash on Delivery orders, you may choose from the following:

  • Bank Deposit
  • Bank Transfer
  • Account Credit

For Debit / Credit:

  • Card reversal (10 -15 Business days for Credit Card)

The Refund processing time frame depends on the Refund method. Below are the time frames for each refund Method after returned merchandise is received in our warehouse:

  • Account Credit: Within 24 hours
  • Bank Transfer: 3 to 5 Business Days
  • Card Reversal: 10 to 15 Business Days
